eSIM Installation
Sometimes, the activation of an eSIM on an iOS device may appear to pause or get stuck. This most commonly happens when the eSIM has already been installed, but the user has not yet arrived in the country or region where the plan is intended to work.
Don't worry—the eSIM is usually installed correctly, even if you see messages such as "Activating" or "Activation Error." The activation process will be completed automatically once you are within network coverage in your destination country or region.
In the meantime, you can continue using all device features that do not require an active internet connection. Once you arrive at your destination and enter network coverage, the eSIM should activate automatically and be ready to use.
