What if I correctly download the QR code but decide to cancel the service?

If you have downloaded the QR code but have not activated the eSIM on your device, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

XOXO WiFi allows refunds or exchanges for eSIM in the following cases:

  • The eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a technical issue on XOXO WiFi's side.
  • The eSIM has not been activated on the customer's device and no activation has occurred.

Refund requests can be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once the eSIM is installed on the device, it is considered used, and a refund is no longer possible.

To submit a refund or exchange request, please contact XOXO WiFi customer support, providing your purchase details and the reason for cancellation.
