Is the payment calculated from the day I received the router?

You don't need to specify an earlier or later date than the one when the device will be used when placing an order. The router will be delivered to the provided address a few days before the planned trip, but payment is only for the period when the equipment is active (in use). In this case, please contact our customer support team, who can remotely check the router's status.
We provide Internet access during layovers; however, please inform us if you wish to use the router in other countries, as our technical team must configure the router accordingly.

Pick-up from InPost lockers: The router can be delivered to a selected InPost locker, allowing you to pick up your package at any time of the day or night. Simply choose the most convenient locker for you and collect your package using the code sent to your email.

Once the payment is completed, we will extend your package for the requested number of days or increase your data allowance.
