Network congestion or weather conditions can also affect your internet connection. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be fixed. We guarantee technical support for any unexpected problems with the equipment. We have a 24/7 IT department that will assist you with any internet access issues.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We typically respond to customer issues within an hour of reporting. We will do everything in our power to provide the necessary technical support as quickly as possible. If the problem proves too difficult to resolve, we offer a refund. It’s up to you to decide how we should proceed with compensation.
