FAQ
Issues and Errors
Why Is My eSIM Connecting to the Wrong Network?
This issue is usually caused by your phone automatically selecting a mobile operator. The device connects to the strongest available signal, which is not always the correct partner network for your eSIM. This may result in no internet connection or unstable service.
iPhone (iOS)
Go to:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Network Selection
Turn off automatic selection and manually choose the operator from the list (according to your eSIM instructions).
After switching, wait a moment for the device to establish the connection.
Android
Go to:
Settings → Mobile Network → Network Operators
(the exact path may vary depending on the manufacturer).
Disable automatic network selection and manually choose the correct network.
If the first operator does not work, try the other available networks.
Can I Switch Back to Automatic Mode?
Yes — once you find a working network, you can enable automatic selection again.
However, if the problem keeps returning, it is usually better to stay with manual network selection.
What Should I Do If the Problem Still Occurs?
Try enabling and disabling Airplane Mode or restarting your phone.
If that does not help, make sure:
- your device software is up to date,
- you are within coverage of a supported network,
- roaming is enabled if required by your eSIM provider.
