eSIM Installation

I can't scan the QR code – how can I install the eSIM manually?

If you're unable to scan the QR code to activate your eSIM, you can install it manually by entering the installation details. Below are the instructions for both iOS and Android devices.

On iOS devices:

  1. Go to My eSIMs to find the information required for manual installation through the app or website.
  2. Open Settings on your device.
  3. Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  4. Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
  5. Choose Enter Details Manually.
  6. Enter the required information:
    • SM-DP+ Address
    • Activation Code
  7. Activate the eSIM under Cellular Plans.
  8. Set the eSIM as your mobile data line.
  9. Enable Data Roaming (we recommend disabling your primary line to avoid additional roaming charges while abroad).

On Android devices:

  1. In the My eSIMs section, find the information required for manual installation through the app or website.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Network & Internet.
  4. Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
  5. When asked "Don't have a SIM card?", select Next.
  6. Choose Enter Code Manually and enter the details from the QR code (the SM-DP+ Address) found in the manual installation section of the link provided in your email.
  7. Activate the eSIM in your mobile network settings.
  8. Enable Mobile Data.
  9. Turn on Data Roaming (we recommend disabling your primary SIM card to avoid roaming charges while traveling abroad).
