Our primary mission is to ensure that you stay connected with important and loved ones and avoid getting lost during international travel. However, XOXO WiFi routers are inanimate objects and, as such, can occasionally be problematic.

Our team is dedicated to making your journey smooth and comfortable. However, please be aware that there are places in the world where signal strength may be very weak. Network congestion or weather conditions can also affect your internet connection. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be fixed. We do guarantee technical support for any unexpected problems with the equipment. Our IT department operates 24/7 and will assist you with any internet access issues.

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We typically respond to customer issues within an hour of reporting. We will do everything in our power to provide the necessary technical support as quickly as possible. If the problem proves too difficult to resolve, we offer a refund. It’s up to you to decide how we should proceed with compensation.

Returns

Every order made on the official XOXO WiFi website includes the free "Flexible Reservation Change" service. Unexpected change in plans? No problem! Change the date, destination, or number of rental days even on the day of departure.

 
  • Were you not allowed to board your flight, or
  • The travel operator or agency changed the departure date, or
  • Your hotel canceled your reservation, etc.

No matter the reason, we will allow you to change your reservation to any other date at no cost!

Want a refund? No problem, we will process it within 14 days.
