I Didn’t Receive My eSIM or Top-Up – What Should I Do?
Why Haven’t I Received My eSIM or Top-Up Yet?
In most cases, the eSIM or top-up is delivered automatically within a few minutes after purchase. However, if you still have not received the email with the QR code or top-up confirmation, there may be several possible reasons.
Most common reasons for the delay:
- the message was delivered to the SPAM or Promotions folder,
- an incorrect email address was entered during the order process,
- the payment has not been processed yet,
- the operator is performing an additional transaction verification,
- there is a temporary system delay.
It is also important to remember that, in the case of top-ups, some packages activate only after the current data plan has been fully used or has expired.
What should you do in this situation?
- Check your SPAM folder and other email tabs.
- Make sure the payment was completed successfully.
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes delivery may be slightly delayed.
- Contact customer support and provide your order number and the email address used during purchase.
In most cases, the issue can be resolved very quickly, and the eSIM or data package can be resent.
