FAQ

Using eSIM

Can I make and receive calls from my SIM card with my phone number?

Yes, you can make and receive calls from your SIM card even if the eSIM is connected as a second card, as long as your phone supports the dual SIM function (SIM + eSIM). Here's how it works:

  1. Set your physical SIM card as the default for voice calls
  • On Android phones:
Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Default SIM Card -> Select your physical SIM card for voice calls.
  • On iPhones:
Settings -> Cellular -> Default Voice Line -> Select your physical SIM card.
  1. Configure the eSIM for data usage
Set the eSIM as the card for internet usage to use mobile data without disrupting voice call functions on the physical SIM card.
  • Android:
Settings -> Connections -> SIM Manager -> Default Data SIM -> Select eSIM.
  • iPhone:
Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data -> Select eSIM.
  1. Making and receiving calls
Once you've set your physical SIM card as the default for voice calls, you will be able to:
  • Make calls using the number assigned to your physical SIM card.
  • Receive calls on the number linked to your physical SIM card without interruptions.
