How does work?
Why should I pack XOXO WiFi in my carry-on luggage rather than checked luggage before a trip?
You should not leave electronic devices in checked luggage because it can pose a security risk to the flight. Security regulations require electronic devices to be carried in the passenger cabin, where they are continuously monitored by the cabin crew. Remember that during the flight, devices emitting signals should be turned off or switched to flight mode.
