Delivery and Pick-up
In general, XOXO WiFi devices are delivered 2–4 business days before the start of the rental period. We ship orders by courier from Monday to Friday, with delivery typically taking place on the next business day.
If you would like the device to be shipped earlier, please let us know by email at support@xoxowifi.com or by adding a note in the "Comments" section of the order form.
For last-minute orders, we can arrange Saturday delivery or delivery by a specific time (e.g., guaranteed delivery by 9:30 AM). This is an additional paid service, so please contact us in advance if you're interested.
We can also ship orders via InPost Parcel Lockers using the "Weekend Parcel" service. With this option, your package will be delivered to the selected parcel locker on Saturday or Sunday.
For urgent orders, pickup from a collection point may be available as little as 15 minutes after placing your order. However, we recommend contacting us by phone or email beforehand to arrange the details.
