Please remember that the device must be shipped within 3 business days after the end of the rental period, and it should reach us within 7 days of the rental end date. If you experience any issues with the return process, please let us know as soon as possible.
Return at Your Own Expense
If you choose to arrange the return yourself, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Please send the XOXO WiFi device to:

Please note:
The cost of returning the device from outside the European Union must be covered by the customer. If you return the router from a non-EU country, you are responsible for any customs duties and related charges.
Return via Polish Post (Poczta Polska)
This option is available only for customers whose shipment was delivered within Poland. You will receive a prepaid return envelope (with a prepaid postage label attached), which can simply be handed to an employee at any Polish Post office.
Return by Courier
You will receive a prepaid return envelope with a printed shipping label. Simply hand it to the courier or drop it off at a DPD Pickup Point. We will arrange the courier collection after your rental period ends. If the courier has not arrived within 3 business days, please let us know and we will request another collection.
Return via InPost Parcel Locker
One day before the end of your rental period, you will receive an email containing a QR code and a return number. This information should be attached to the return package. You will also be asked to enter the return number on the parcel locker screen when sending the package.
Simply place the package in any InPost Parcel Locker and follow the on-screen instructions.
