Can I use the Internet outside the available countries?

XOXO WiFi is not intended for use outside the destination selected at the time of purchase. The router will connect to the Internet only in the countries and during the period specified in the rental form. If, after connecting to the device, you see the error message "CODE 7", it means that you are either in a different country than the one for which the router was purchased or you are outside network coverage. In this case, please contact our customer support team, who can remotely check the router's status.

We provide Internet access during layovers; however, please inform us if you wish to use the router in other countries, as our technical team must configure the router accordingly.
