How can I extend my rental period or change my data package?

If you would like to extend your XOXO WiFi rental period or upgrade to a larger data package, you can do so on our website in the "Top-Up" section. If you do not have an account, please contact us by email, SMS, or through our chat service. Within one hour, we will send you a payment link or a pro forma invoice that must be paid. Once the payment is completed, we will extend your package for the requested number of days or increase your data allowance.
