The XOXO WiFi device should be shipped back no later than 3 business days after the end of the rental period. If you plan to return the package later, please let us know in advance so we can take it into account in our shipping schedule.
We recommend using tracked shipping services with a tracking number only. These are the only types of shipments that carriers can identify and trace in the event that a package is lost.

In exceptional cases where the delay is caused by the customer, there is no communication, and XOXO WiFi has not been informed about issues with returning the router, XOXO WiFi may charge a contractual penalty of €10 for each day the device is retained beyond the agreed return period.
