Yes, the Internet is unlimited; however, our partners require us to promote reasonable usage of the Internet. We must adhere to their guidelines, which means:

When a customer exceeds their purchased data package:

• 500MB per day
• 1GB per day
• 2GB per day
• 3GB per day
• 5GB per day
• 10GB per day

the data transmission speed may be reduced to no less than 512 kbps for downloads and no more than 512 kbps for uploads.* Despite exceeding this limit and the reduced speed, customers can still use their XOXO WiFi.

This limit will automatically reset daily at midnight GMT+0 (1:00 AM Polish time).

Depending on the network quality, after the speed is reduced, you will still be able to receive emails, send messages on messengers, and browse websites.

Packages for Poland

If you exceed:

• 100GB per month
• 200GB per month

we may be forced to reduce the speed to no more than 5 Mbps. Despite exceeding this limit and the reduced speed, you will still be able to use your device and enjoy an internet connection. After exceeding the limit, for an additional fee, we can increase the limit at full speed by 100GB or 200GB, depending on the device.
