• What does it work with?

  The modem can be connected to all electronic devices equipped with free WiFi such as:
  - PCs and laptops (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)
  - tablets (iPad, Samsung, Kindle, etc.)
  - smartphones (iOS, Android, Blackberry, etc.)
  - WiFi handheld game consoles (Sony PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Nvidia Shield, Razer Edge, etc.)

• What is a portable WiFi hotspot for?

  XOXO WiFi hotspot allows you to have access to the Internet on the move, wherever you are.
  You can use it as a normal home connection for what follows:
  - Use maps to find your way (Google Maps, Waze, TripAdvisor)
  - Find tourist information on places, monuments, works of art, museums
  - Search and book restaurants, theatres, cinemas, public transport, hotels
  - Inform you about opening hours
  - Send and receive emails with attachments

• Do I really get unlimited internet?

  Yes, XOXO hotspot includes truly unlimited internet, which is never cut off, regardless how much you use.

• Does my speed throttle at any point?

  Our network partners impose us fair usage policies that we need to respect.
  
  If you use more than 500MB/1GB/2GB/5GB (depending on the purchased plan) during the day, we may have to reduce your speed to not more than 256 kb/s (upper speed limit). Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced but you will still be able to use your XOXO WiFi device and connect to the internet.
  
  This limit will be automatically renewed every day at midnight GMT + 0.

   

  Depending on the quality of the network after throttling the Internet, you will be able to receive e-mails, write on messengers and browse Web pages more slowly.

• Where can I receive my XOXO WiFi?

  1. Delivery by courier
  
  We can deliver XOXO WiFi to address located in 130 countries of the world. You can choose your most convenient option:

  • hotel,
  • office,
  • B&B (Airbnb),
  • apartment or a friend’s address.

  We can delivery XOXO WiFi into one of the UPS Access Point https://www.ups.com/dropoff?
  You can pick up your hotspot during the opening hours of the point.
  
  Shipped with UPS Express/DPD takes 1-5 days (no deliveries on weekends / holidays). For orders placed further in advance, delivery is guaranteed 1-3 days before your rental starts. You will receive an email from UPS/DPD with the tracking info once your XOXO WiFi is shipped.
  
  2. Delivery by Priority Mail
  
  Shipped with Priority Mail takes 7-14 days (no deliveries on weekends / holidays). For orders placed further in advance, delivery is guaranteed 1-3 days before your rental starts.
  
  Please note the delivery requires signature upon receipt, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

• How can I return my XOXO WiFi?

  A few options are available to you:
  
  1. Return by Yourself
  You can use our signed envelope and you have to do it at your own expense. Please visit a local courier and ask for priority tracked parcel to Poland. This shipment method must be paid for by the customer.
  
  2. Deliver to the nearest DHL Parcel Point
  You will receive a prepaid return envelope with a label from us. Just find here the nearest DHL Pacel Point and return the parcel.
  
  3. UPS Global Return
  You have some alternatively:
  a. We organize courier to pick up the parcel.
  b. (Option) You can organize the collection yourself by calling UPS (https://www.ups.com/content/global/index.jsx?), and requesting "a collection for a return shipment". You'll need to provide UPS with the tracking number that's written on the return envelope, as well as a date for UPS to drop by at the given address.
  c. (Option) You can delivery XOXO WiFi into one of the UPS Access Point (https://www.ups.com/dropoff?). Just give your envelope with documentation to UPS Access Point worker.
  
  Remember! For any complaints regarding the late fees the customer must provide the confirmation of the return of device to XOXO WiFi to ensure that the device was sent back as the customer claims.
