  • What does it work with?

  • Do I really get unlimited internet?
    Yes, XOXO hotspot includes truly unlimited internet, which is never cut off, regardless how much you use.
  • Does my speed throttle at any point?
    Our network partners impose us fair usage policies that we need to respect.

    If you use more than 500MB/1GB/2GB/4GB/5GB (depending on the purchased plan) during the day, we may have to reduce your speed to not more than 512 kb/s (upper speed limit)*. Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced but you will still be able to use your XOXO WiFi device and connect to the internet.

    This limit will be automatically renewed every day at midnight GMT + 0.
     
    Depending on the quality of the network after throttling the Internet, you will be able to receive e-mails, write on messengers and browse Web pages more slowly.
     
  • Where can I receive my XOXO WiFi?
    1. Delivery by courier

    We can deliver XOXO WiFi to address located in all countries of European Union and USA. You can choose your most convenient option:
    • hotel,
    • office,
    • B&B (Airbnb),
    • apartment or a friend’s address,
    • pickup points - check here.
    DPD Group
    DPD shipping arrives in 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after sending.

    FedEx
    Shipped with FedEx Express takes 1-3 days (no deliveries on weekends / holidays). We can delivery XOXO WiFi into one of the FedEx Offices.
    You can pick up your hotspot during the opening hours of the point.

    DHL
    DHL shipping arrives in 2 to 12 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after sending. Delivery time depends on the direction of delivery. We can delivery to one of 100,000 pickup points. The list is available here.

    You will receive an email from courier with the tracking info once your XOXO WiFi is shipped. Please note the delivery requires signature upon receipt, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

  • How can I return my XOXO WiFi?
    A few options are available to you:

    1. Return by Yourself (NON PRE-PAID OPTION)
    You can use our signed envelope and you have to do it at your own expense. Please visit a local courier and ask for priority tracked parcel to Poland. This shipment method must be paid for by the customer.

    During preparing shipping, please include info on below:
    - Purpose of sending: Mobile WiFi router return

    The cost of returning a device from outside the European Union is the responsibility of the customer - if you return a router from outside the EU, you are responsible for the customs fees.

    2. Deliver to the nearest DHL Parcel Point (Pre-Paid option)
    You will receive a prepaid return envelope with a label from us. Just find here the nearest DHL Pacel Point and return the parcel.

    3. FedEx Global Return (Pre-Paid option)
    You have some alternatively:
    a. We organize courier to pick up the parcel.
    b. (Option) You can organize the collection yourself by calling FedEx  and requesting a return shipment. You'll need to provide FedEx with the tracking number that's written on the return envelope, as well as a date for FedEx to drop by at the given address. A return label can be created on FedEx website.
    c. (Option) You can delivery XOXO WiFi into one of the FedEx Offices. Just give your envelope with documentation to FedEx Office worker.

    Remember! For any complaints regarding the late fees the customer must provide the confirmation of the return of device to XOXO WiFi to ensure that the device was sent back as the customer claims.
  • Flexible rebooking
    If for some reason you have to change your travel plans, don't worry!

    In XOXO WiFi you can easily change the date/direction/number of days of travel. Changes in the order can be made even on the day of departure.

     If you are sent to quarantine on a date coinciding with your departure OR
      You will be denied boarding due to symptoms of Covid-19 disease OR
     Travel operator or agency changed the date of departure OR
      The hotel has canceled your booking

    we will enable you to change your booking at no cost or get back your money!

    Do you want a refund? No problem, if you have purchased a flexible booking, we will refund it within 14 days.
