XOXO WiFi staff will always do your best in making our service to be uncompromising in enhancing your travel experience. But lack of coverage, network congestion and problems with weather can make your connectivity difficult! These things are generally completely outside of our control, and happen without warning. Our company promise is to resolve any problems with Internet connection and your unit problems. Our 24/7 customer support team are always in the wings, and will do everything to troubleshoot.
If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact with us as soon as possible. Our custom service will get back to you in about an hour. We will do whatever we can to solve any problem with XOXO WiFi which doesn’t take up more of your time than absolutely necessary. If we won’t fix any defects, we will send you a replacement device as fast as humanly possible (in about 24 hours).
If for whatever reason your problem will become an extremely hard nut to crack (or if you don’t want to replace your unit), then we’ll give you a credit for your next trip or fully refund your money. You decide what to do!
